The Warrior Within
Bringing Your 4 Selves Back into Balance.
Spend a whole day exploring who you truly are, what your purpose is, and how to bring your four selves, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual back into oneness.
Using techniques of Mindfulness, Mindfulness Meditation and Shamanic Journeying, as well as transformational group and one on one work, solitary journaling, meeting your animal and spirit guides, and the creation of your own personal Medicine Shields you will actively participate in bringing yourselves back into balance.

First Degree Usui Reiki Course
In the First Degree course the student will learn the philosophy and history of Usui Reiki, Reiki principles, the chakra system,cleansing and grounding, and the hand positions for both self-healing and the healing of others. You will have time to practice on yourself and others during this class, and you will recive your first attunement in class. After completing this class you will be given a First Degree certificate and also, should you require, information about applying for membership to the Canadian Reiki Association. This class can be done in-person or you can choose to study at home with the self-paced version

Second Degree Usui Reiki Course
In this continuation of your Reiki studies you will recieve your second attunement, learn the three Reiki symbols practitioners use, you will learn some additonal symbols other traditions use, you will learn about long-distance healing and participate in both a long distance healing and a full Reiki session with yourself as the practitioner. We will review the Reiki principles and we will discuss ethics of practicing Reiki. There will be a meditation to meet your Reiki guides as well. After completing this course, you will recieve your certificate in Second Degree, and if you require, application for membership in the Canadian Reiki Association. This class can also be done in person, or a self-paced study at home version. There is also a take home written exam at the course you must pass in order to recieve the certificate.

Third Degree Usui Reiki Course
In the Third Degree you will recieve your third attunement, learn the master symbol and you will learn and practice the art of attunements. We discuss our responsibilities as a Master/Teacher. We discuss further the chakra system in more detail and complimentary therapies you may wish to incorporate such as tuning forks. This class is a one on one only mentoring which also requires you to outline, in detail, at least 10 one hour Reiki sessions to qualify for your Third Degree Master/Teacher Certification.
